Ritardo
Salve, abbiamo spedito vostro ordine dopo 6 giorni. Sul nostro sito per l'articolo ordinato prevediamo 7/8 per la spedizione. Non ci sono stati ritardi.

All went well, good notifications, on time delivery, only problem was I was not available and rearranging was a little problematic.
First delivery was not left with a neighbour, it was taken to the depot. The note stated re delivery tomorrow, but I would not be available again so I called them to arrange for delivery the day after. This was all agreed, simple.
However they still delivered it the next day and then left it with the neighbour.
So the consistency of the service promise was not as expected but the goods arrived all safely and I would buy again from this company.

Hi I ordered ladies riding boots which unfortunately were too rigid to enable comfortable walking and I ride a cruiser and the angle of my foot in the boots would not allow me to change the gears.. None of the video's I watched on UTUBE mentioned this. However as far as ordering arrival within 5 days Germany to Australia and the return/refund process has been so far flawless.
