Motostorm didn't fill out the customs forms correctly. My helmet was stuck in customs for over a week. After several emails, and phone calls I was able to resolve the problem myself.

Hi, we are sorry about the delay your parcel had during shipping. All of our shipments are accompanied with the correct documents. Some countries can ask for extra documents during customs clearance. When we receive this request from Fedex we send all required documents so as the parcel can be delivered as soon as possible.
