Correct delivery, however it was not completely clear when we bought the items that is would last more than 2 weeks to receive it. For the rest, very good, no problems

Item had 30 days delivery, 7 weeks later it’s still not here. No one answers emails, after sending 3 i called to get a hold of someone and was told they read my messages asking about order update but didn’t know what to answer so they just ignored it. Terrible experience so far. Finally item is on the way at least.

Order arrived very quickly and with no damage.

30.04.2024 Payment for the order was done. Goods was marked as available from stock, that's mean it is necessary processing and shipment time. Later I was informed, that delivery is planned to 6th of June. In the meadle of June goods were not delivered jet, and I requested refund. But in 20th of June goods were shipped and not delivered since now.

We did not predict such a long waiting time and we apologize for that. The last delivery date indicated June 19th and we were able to ship one day later, on June 20th.
