Excellent service and shipping was fast once the helmet was in stock. Instead of saying the item isn’t in stock, the site just gives an extended, but accurate shipping estimate. I sent an email asking why the delivery time was so long and got a reply the next day explaining the item wasn’t in stock. Would shop here again.

La qualità del sito e i prezzi sono indiscutibilmente alti...meno il servizio clienti telefonico...signorina/a veramente al limite della follia nn lascia parlare e nn ascolta. Forse sarebbe meglio il magazzino che nn l'approccio con il cliente

Ricevuto il casco ordinato con difetto clip di aereazione superiore, Segnalato immediatamente il problema riscontrato per e.mail e poi altra e.mail con con foto dell'articolo, poi anche per telefono parlando con vostro operatore. A distanza di alcuni giorni nessuna risposta da parte di Motostorm. Desideriamo solo sostituire il casco ordinato con un altro analogo che non presenti difetti di fabbricazione . Ci state facendo perdere troppo tempo e non riusciamo a comprendere cosa volete fare al riguardo.. .

Die Ware ist prompt, ohne Umverpackung, verschickt worden. Auch der Preis war reizend. Hier bin ich äußerst zufrieden.
Nur der Kundendienst hat auf meine Reklamation erstmal gar nicht reagiert und danach mit großer Zeit Verzögerung.

Absolutely shocking fitting instructions for the givi engine guards, considering I'm removing engine bolts to fit! There are no torque settings, emailed motostorm and givi both with no reply, think I'll return them.
