Very easy to find items on their website and the checkout process was very easy. I was able to follow the progress of my order along the way. The only issue I had was I ordered three days before Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving Day they had "Black Friday" specials. The item I ordered was now listed at $15 less than what I paid. Kind of disheartening to be waiting for your item to arrive knowing that it was now selling for less money. Would have liked to been given the sale price since my order was in process when the sale started.

Good morning my Delivery was quick but when ordering givi don’t make it easy as not all the parts where ordered as products needed to be purchased separately how silly good to have racks but if I can’t connect they’re pointless.
But I did receive my product in good time thanks motostorm
