Sowohl Internetauftritt (auch auf Deutsch!) und Preise als auch der gesamte Bestellprozess bis hin zur schnellen und transparenten Lieferung nach Deutschland super problemlos.
Ich empfehle allerdings, die Mail mit der Bitte um Rezension wenigstens auf Englisch zu versenden, wenn die Lieferadresse im Ausland war. Wenn ich nicht ein wenig Italienisch verstehen würde, hätte ich diese Mail unbearbeitet gelöscht. Auch bei der Rezensionsseite sollte die angezeigte Sprache wählbar sein.
Insgesamt sehr guter Shop, jederzeit wieder!

Over all I am very happy with my helmet but shipping took longer than expected. I ordered on May 28 but did not receive my order until June 17. Partly because motostorm had to wait to receive my helmet from scorpion. Not sure if motostorm is just the middle man or they didn't have it in stock. Secondly I wasn't aware that paperwork has to be filled out for all motorcycle helmets entering the US. I had to fill this paperwork out for every fedex stop in the US. Not sure why three different times but that was part of the hold up also.
