I bought a inner lining kit for Schuberth M1, which in the website consisted of 5 itens and got only three. When I contacted customer service they said that the picture on the site is GENERIC!! The only siye where what you see is not what you get, in others words FRAUD

Very helpful! I realized I ordered the wrong size after I’d placed the order. I sent an email to customer support and they were able to help me find the correct size. My TCX boots fit perfectly in the size 7 I should have ordered them in.
