Needed a replacement Sena M1 Evo helmet that failed under warranty. Motostorm replaced it at no cost and their communications were very good. I would use Motostorm in the future and would have given a 5 star rating but for the fact it took quite a long time to go through the warranty process. Happy with the replacement helmet though so 'thanks' :-)
