I am located in Australia but have purchased parts from Motostrom Italy several times. They arrive in Australia a fair bit cheaper than buying locally and delivery is within a few weeks.

Easy to shop for what u need on Motostorm online store.
Prices are competitive and service is tops.
Most important is Stock availability and they ship out very fast.
This is my 3rd overseas order and items were delivered to Singapore within 5 days.

When I shopped with them 8 years ago, they responded immediately to my additional requests, but this time they haven't responded to my emails, so I'm giving them 4 stars.

Very bad service and too much delay in shipping and after one month of hold my money they do partional refund from my order and ship the rest of the items in very bad communication
Highly recommend to not order from them because they are not respecting the delivery time and they are far away from customer service or how to make the customer satisfied

Not the best experience. Gave me a expected delivery date. Days following shipment date did not receive shipment nor any updates on my shipment. Had to email to get a status. They then replied the manufacture was on a back order. Now it is weeks after my original shipment date when they update me on new date . Fed Ex international puts my shipment on customs clearance delay as Motostorm did not give a full description of the package to them. Fed Ex has been trying to contact Motostorm to get that information but has yet replied and will ship the items back to shipper on the due date. It as now been months since i placed my order. Still nothing I advise not to order from here as you will be DISSAPOINTED!!!
