The price itself for the Helmet I purchased was super great. Even the shipping costs to ship it to the States was decent. Other sites charge double, but not Motostorm. The only thing I would recommend is that they show on their site whether or not they currently have the item in stock. Since my helmet was not in stock, i had to wait an extra week for the helmet to arrive from the actual manufacturer to the store before it shipped to me. I don’t mind waiting but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that, I would definitely buy from there again.

MotoStorm provides excellent service and seems to have an excellent product selection. Their website is easy to use and intuitive. I found the product, then sent an email from their contact button to inquire whether or not the product was, in fact, in stock. The next day (due to the time difference between Chicago and Italy) a representative told me that the boots I wanted were in fact on hand. I placed an online order, and the boots arrived by FedEx in five days, two days quicker than promised. This was great because I had been trying to buy the boots for several months in the USA and every supplier here was out of stock. I’ll be breaking in those new Sidi Adventure II Gore-Tex boots on in Bolivia next month.

Fantastic service and very prompt in answering my questions. I ordered the cases and frames from Australia and it came within a week. The price and service were both great highly recommend using Motorstorm and I will be using them again.
