The website and service was fantastic. The only thing I might suggest is if a product is not in stock, the purchaser be given a heads up. As it was, I thought the Christmas gift I had purchased for my wife would not be here until after Christmas. I had called the customer service number and was advised that they were waiting to receive their stock on it. It was shipped on Tuesday and arrived here on Friday, from ITALY!!!! Simply amazing, I don't even have that good of service from companies in America. I will check Motostorm from now on before I make my purchases. I like that I can get unique and different graphics and features from them as well.
