The customer service is absolutely excellent. I had a problem with paypal where it grabbed an old address for some reason, didn't see it until the order was complete. Motostorm.it responded to my email quickly, re-made the shipment, so it got to the correct address, and sooner than I expected. I could not be happier.

One of my items was shipped damaged and I can't get in touch with anyone about it. Now the only option is to pay for return shipping and get a refund which isn't right in my opinion.
