Great prices, great products, great delivery time.
Now for the bad part. My country is in the EU but not in the list that you have on your site so in order for me to return a product i will have to pay the return shipping - not a big problem but not convenient either as most EU countries do have that free shipping label included in their purchase ( Romania is my country ).
Another point that can be taken under consideration is the fact that there should be a procedure available just for swapping the products. For example i purchased a pair of Dainese Delta Pro C2 Perforated leather pants size 58 and they fit big, so i need to return them and get the exact same product, one size down to 56. Now i have to return the pants, pay for the shippment, wait 1 week for the pants to be delivered, and another 1 or 2 weeks to see the money back, at which point i will be able to place another order for the correct size. It is just such a waste of time on both sides... it would be 1 000 000 easier just to send the pants back and get the same product in a different size sent back to me, as the product does not change, but only the size of it.
Also on this front, gloves that are size 3XL are not available usually from Alpinestars, only in black as a color.
Forcefield has a series of very good upgrade armour ( Isolator 2 series ), that i cannot even find on your site.
And do not get me started on the 5 or more minutes that you have to wait for any kind of response in the chat window available on the website.
Again, products - great. prices - great, delivery - quick, range of products offered - quite small, and customer care service is a joke.. to be able to have 2 question answered i had to spend over 20 minutes on the chat. In 2017... i think this is simply unacceptable - it is a part of the reason that i may decide to repurchase the pants with another reseller, just because the customer care service is very bad to almost non existent.
