Ho acquistato un paio di jeans, erano grandi, ho richiesto un cambio taglia ma la taglia più piccola era troppo piccola, ho cercato di fare il reso dal sito come si fa in tutti i siti di e-commerce ma qui non era possibile, ho chiamato quindi il servizio clienti e mi hanno risposto che avendo già fatto un cambio taglia gratuito non era possibile fare il reso gratis, dovevo spedire il pacco a mie spese (e questo poco male!) non avendo nessun riscontro sul sito se non una mail del servizio clienti che mi dava l'indirizzo a cui spedire. Comunque una volta spedito il pacco a mie spese invio una mail con il numero di tracking, dopo 7 giorni mi informano che il reso era rientrato e che avrebbero fatto il rimborso entro 30 giorni. il rimborso mi è stato fatto dopo 35 giorni e dopo due solleciti da parte mia. Alla fine ho riavuto i miei soldi ma non ho mai avuto un'esperienza così, sicuramente non acquisterò più da questo sito.

Awesome service! Really impressed... I purchased a pair of textile vented pants and the new Dianese Course out boots for summer riding. I orded online off the website one night. I received a confirmation email from motostorm saying it had been depatched the very next day. FedEx provide tracking details you can follow online all the way to your destination. From the time i orded it only took 7 days to arrive at my door in Australia. Using the size charts for your riding gear is all you need. Perfect fit and perfect service. Great job Motostorm! Will definitely use you again.

Fast shipping, about ten days in total. I assume that five days involve restocking the item then five days shipping from Italy to Australia.
