I ordered a high-tech mirror which were advertised as standard 10mm. Received 3 adapters with it. 2 of them did not work. How did they expect to send me one adapter and fit 2 mirrors with it?

Ho acquistato un casco che doveva essere spedito in 7/8 giorni invece il produttore lo avrebbe inviato a Motostorm dopo circa 20 giorni. Passati i 20 giorni e non ricevendo notizie contatto Motostorm che mi dice che il produttore gli invierà il casco con ulteriore ritardo di 30 giorni.
Al che mi hanno proposto delle alternative che avevano disponibili e mi hanno inviato rapidamente.
Il problema è che se il prodotto non è disponibile e ci vuole tempo per averlo basta dirlo inutile tirarla alle lunghe. Spero che il mio sia stato un caso isolato.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto dei problemi con le consegne da Shark sul casco Spartan.
