Excellent service. Answered my initial inquiry email within an hour of sending it. I was told they would ship the item in 3 days and they did! It actually arrived 3 days earlier than expected. The helmet is exactly what we were looking for.

E la seconda volta che acquisto da Motostorm. Lo conosciuto per caso, ma se l'avessi conosciuto prima avrei acquistato solo da loro. Motostorm a sede a Morciano di Romagna, quindi sono a poco più di mezz'ora da casa mia, ma il servizio è eccellente. L'ordine fatto la domenica notte martedi alle 15:00 era a casa. Ottimo venditore, affidabile, prezzi adeguati, merce sempre corrispondente alle caratteristiche in descrizione. Continuerò a servirmi da loro. Lo consiglio ha tutti i motociclisti miei amici e non.

I am rating motostorm.it as very bad because of my recent experience with the online retailer. I needed to return the TCX Street Ace Waterproof shoes because they were too small. I originally purchased a different pair, the TCX X-Wave Waterproof shoes in Size 43, to replace the exact same shoe / size I already own. Your website said they we're in stock so I purchased them.

After purchasing I was told they did not have size 43 in stock and wouldn't be able to get them. I then changed my purchase to the TCX Street Ace Waterproof size 43 shoe. Upon receiving the shoe, I found them to be too small even though they are the same size as my last pair from the same company (not the same style though). I now have to return them.

The shoes cost € 98 and I've now spent € 78 on shipping (original and return shipping) and still don't have anything to show for it. Had I been able to receive the original shoes in the size I know fit, which you said was in stock at time of purchase, I would be satisfied. I'm disappointed with your quality of customer service and not offering to pay for the return shipping and/or original shipping given you said you had shoes you did not have.

Adding insult to injury, the customer service representative asked if I would "Please state shipping value of goods at 50$ as we want to avoid paying high customs charges when the boots arrive back to us." Not only is this illegal, I am amazed they would ask me to help them save money when they have not done anything to help me save money.

Based on my current experience I highly do not recommend motostorm.it and will not be purchasing from them in the future.
