Ordinato giacca estiva 6XL con protezioni, risultata presente a magazzino e immediatamente prelevato prezzo dalla carta di credito.
Arrivata non conforme all'ordine, cioè 5XL.
Chiesto sostituzione, restituendo il capo non idoneo.
Modello richiesto non disponibile, per riavere i soldi devo attendere 14 giorni........

Prima di spedire la 5XL è stato contattato per informarla che la 6XL non era disponibile, quindi al momento del cambio taglia era chiaro che non sarebbe stato possibile sostituirla con la 6XL.
