The merchant was professional and received my order in the states from Italy in 4 days, however the Alpinestars Atem jacket I order was not true to size and am now forced to pay the return and another shipping fee on the new jacket I buy to get the correct one.

There was a supply issue that was outside of their control (manufacturer issue), so my order took a couple of months to fulfil and they were very diligent with offering other solutions. Communications were very timely and informative. Thank you for the great customer service and your willingness to do what was right for me.

negativo perchè ordinato un articolo, non si sono neanche degnati di avvisarmi che l'articolo ordinato era esaurito e fuori produzione, io ho chiesto chiarimenti dopo 15 giorni che aspettavo l'articolo. poi cambiato articolo in due giorni è arrivato. ma una e-mail si poteva mandare per avvisarmi....
