Come sempre celeri nella spedizione e nelle risposte. Ho avuto un problema con una taglia e subito ho richiesto il cambio. Il giorno dopo il corriere ha ritirato il mio pacco.

Forse per i prodotti scelti, RIZOMA, l'ordine non è andato molto bene. Prima un prodotto non era più in produzione poi l'ordine è stato spedito frazionato perché altri prodotti non erano disponibili. Ad oggi ancora manca della merce. Comprensibile ma a fronte del valore dell'ordine resta un pizzico di amarezza ed insoddisfazione. Forse per correttezza doveste fare l'addebito in carta solo all'atto della spedizione della merce così si condivide il "rischio" e i disservizi con il cliente.
Comunque ho sempre avuto risposte sia via email che via telefono e questo è importante.
