Very impressed and happy with ALL my dealings with Motostorm. From the moment of my first inquiry to order to delivery and then onto service it has been nothing but great. I asked some questions on availability of the Forma Adventure Low boots, US customs, time to deliver, etc. on a Sunday night. When I woke up Monday there was a response answering all my questions and telling me there was 1 pair left that they were holding for my order if made that day. I ordered them Monday AM and within hours I had my shipping notice. From Italy to Tennessee in 5 days, no US customs issues and still less expensive than any US site. The boots had a manufacturer defect so I took some pics and emailed Motostorm over the weekend. Monday AM I had an apology and an offer to mail them back for free for repairs. Since I was going on a 2,500 mile ride and was not sure if I would get them back in time, Motostorm said contact them when I get back and they would send me a Fedex label.
1,250 miles out and back (4 days) I had no issues with the boots. They kept my feet dry (torrential downpour), warm at night at speeds (40'F, fast), and they did not cause my feet to get hot (90'F). They are comfortable too as I walking in them all day at the MotoGP races in Austin.
Upon return I emailed Motostorm and received my Fedex label. I mailed them out and about 3 weeks later I received an email that they were repaired and being shipped back. 4 days later my boots were back and repaired. No issues at all.
