Guanti arrivati in ottime condizioni, ma purtroppo non sono stati rispettati i tempi di consegna, ho contattato anche via mail spiegando la mia urgenza e specificando che avrei anche pagato un supplemento se ce ne fosse stato il bisogno, mi hanno risposto rassicurandomi che sarebbe arrivato tutto entro il giorno che richiedevo, ma purtroppo non è stato così ed ho dovuto comperare un ulteriore paio di guanti visto che avevo un turno a Misano che non potevo spostare.

Lead time for equipment is never 7/8 days, as mentioned on their website. They usually do not update you on the lead time either. Expect longer delays if your order has an item that is not in stock.
In my last interaction, they forgot to send one piece. They were helpful when I contacted them and sent the missing piece straight away.
