Very quick, my order arrived 1week ahead of schedule, and was exactly what I orded, didn't receive a reply from an email but replied very promptly to Facebook messages. A great service that I will definitely be using again.

this is my first order from MotoStorm. naturally, i was a bit nervous about buying outside the country..but you know what? they are FAST! i just got my boots 2 days early. the moment i sent payment, i was less than a day to get my tracking number and expected delivery date. there was that "oh-o!" moment when i first tried to pay for my order and the screen just went blank. i sent a few emails and someone promptly responded stating that my credit card was not charged. they sent a link to a PayPal method of payment and it all went smooth from there. zero fanfare. thanks everyone.
