My online experience with Motostorm has been great. Emails replied to within a few days. Delivery of goods to Australia was about a week. Though i did purchase an item in the wrong size because i didnt read the sizing chart correctly, then paying for freight to return makes the item expensive. I would definitely recommend using Motostorm to friends.
