Ho effettuato diversi ordini su questo sito e mi sono sempre trovato bene sia per qualità dei prodotti sia per i prezzi e per la rapidità nelle consegne. L'ultimo ordine ho dovuto aspettare più del dovuto perché il prodotto (casco Schuberth) non era più disponibile nella taglia richiesta, ma sono comunque stato seguito in modo cortese dall'assistenza clienti e il prodotto è comunque arrivato. Consiglio di effettuare verifica di disponibilità prima di effettuare ordini con pagamento con carta.

Mi sono già servita diverse volte da Motostorm, sempre soddisfatta, consegne puntuali, prezzi buoni. Questa volta ho acquistato un casco integrale, ho anche avuto necessità di assistenza telefonica e sono stati gentilissimi. Consegna puntuale, come avevano promesso.

Turns out that the item I ordered was not in stock, but Motostorm quickly reached out to me to correct their mistake. I ended up ordering the same item but in a different color. The staff was always quick to reply to my emails and made sure that I was satisfied. Shipping was extremely fast considering I am ordering from Los Angeles, California. I believe it only took 8 days for it to arrive through Fedex. Overall, despite that fact that the original item was not available, I am still very satisfied.
