Late delivery (almost 3 weeks), poor communication (I had to chase for information). Cheap, but at the end of the day the order wasn't in time for when I needed it and so I went on holiday without any baggage. Won't be using them again.

Exactly what I wanted at a great price. Shipping from Italy to the US took about 1 week for $30. Saved about 35%. I will order from Motostorm.it again.

Website is good but communication is not. I waited over a month hearing nothing about my order. Then I asked about it and then the seller sent the order. So if there was some problem causing the delay, I would have liked to know it and not just wondering do I need to require my money back and order the goods from somewhere else.
