I was very happy with the customer service and the ease of use of Motostorms website, and as a bonus their prices are the best and you get a bonus when you do review and purchase, I will be using Motostorm again, also very fast shipping !

First of all, the glove (M) was not a perfect fit like the review says; very loose and big on my fingers. Second the backpack has bad stitching, it's a Italian item, leather and parts should be made to high quality standard, which this does not. I would love to return the items for exchange but to do so, I must pay shipping (cot a whole lot) back and wait for weeks if not month for my refund. Beside the fact that it's hard almost impossible to contact the seller beside emails, and when do get in touch they give inaccurate info on policy and answers. I gave it a two stars because of the defects and return policy, if the item was not good looking (though it has flaws as mention above) I give it a 1 but it looks good just bad details and fitting.
