Motorstorm website is excellent, however the process following the order was very slow. There was an entire week of silence after which I made a follow-up. Documents were asked and sent 3 times before confirmation of reception. The item was shipped after 9 working days, despite that the payment was confirmed at the time of order. The shipping was fast.

placed the order on 14th of April with promised 7-8 days shipping time
changed the size of 2 items on the 28th of April with again 7-8 days promised..
after some more mails asking for the items got delivery confirmation on the 1st of June
finally received all items as ordered in good quality

so overall OK but the promised shipping times shown in the shop are a (bad) joke

Excellent pricing and the product arrived in the US quickly and ahead of schedule. Couldn't be happier with my new Andes V2 and and the service! Will be back to order the pants soon.
