thanks for a perfect transaction. after motostorm fixed a problem I pointed out ordering a part on the website, the parts arrived in the USA way faster than I expected. customer service was awesome (IT department was awesome, too fixing the problem right away).

Ho scoperto questo sito per caso mentre cercavo un ricambio per il mio casco Arai Chaser. L'ho trovato molto completo. Inoltre quando ho avuto la necessità di contattarli telefonicamente ho avuto modo di apprezzare la competenza, la pazienza e la professionalità.

Un ottimo sito che nei caso in cui il prodotto ordinato non sia disponibile in tempi brevissimi, lo dovrebbe indicare sulla descrizione del prodotto stesso. L' acquirente, a quel punto, potrà decidere se acquistare o no. Avvisare a pagamento effettuato non è proprio indice di trasparenza.
