Order my items showing in stock, and received a delay notice with no expected date for despatch.
4weeks later i query customer services to be told only 2/3 i have ordered are in stock, what do i want to do! Once i reached out and directed my despatch, remaining items delivered and tracked properly and swiftly. But could customer services not contacted me in 4 weeks to see if i wanted part shipment?

When I put in my order I thought it was all good, but then they sent me back an email indicating that my order was not complete, which left me a bit confused, however I did get my merchandise in a timely manner and I am very happy with it
