I ordered boots that the website said they had (I didn't know they were on back order); it has taken a month and a half to receive confirmation that they were shipping. During that month and a half I wrote two emails saying I wanted to cancel. Still waiting for delivery (I realize that takes a while, as it was an international shipment.)

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I had no direct interaction with anyone relating to customer service. I am sure they would have taken care of me very well, given the ease of operating the website etc. I was able to receive a stellar product for an unbeatable price! I highly recommend them and I will purchase from Motostorm again.
