Very easy to find what I was looking for on the website. Ordering and payment were no problem at all and received my goods in Australia in good time

They failed to ship on the date they specified and approximately a week later when I inquired it was mysteriously to be shipped that day. Their response to my query was within an hour; however when I attempted to cancel my order the response required multiple emails and hours and then I was informed that since the item had already shipped that I could not cancel my order because item had shipped. The tracking invoice shows an "actual ship date" of 31 March bur package was actually picked up on 04 April, My funds were taken prior to actual shipping of package which should not have been the case. If there was to be a delay in fulfilling my order, I should have been notified prior to my inquiry almost a week later. Saying that you are "sorry" can become a litany of standard operating procedure and this would be my reason for not using this business or suggesting it to others.

The communication from the selller is quite fast and sufficient, very satisfied. Just one very small thing is if the delivery time is shorter a little bit then the selller services will be excellent. Until now my ordered item is still outside of my country but it is not a matter at all.

Great store, just be careful not to go over $1000 if buying from Australia. Import duties are quite steep
