Sito molto affidabile sempre pronto nelle comunicazione e risolvere problemi non causati da loro , nel mio caso la ditta dei pantaloni mette le taglie non veritiere alle misure reali ...Motostorm pronto a rimborsare , nel frattempo la ditta ha prodotto pantaloni con le misure reali proposte nelle tabelle taglie ....I prezzi Motostorm sono nella media e a volte inferiori al mercato , consegne veloci e tracciabili , risposte immediate per ogni richiesta ....Sito efficiente e consigliato ..

Here is my story of order from Motostorm

I placed an order for Schuberth C3 pro helmet and Held grey gloves on the 3rd of March. Both items had 7/8 days leading time.
After 7 days, I recieved a feedback from Motostorm that only black gloves were available. I confirmed that black is Ok and on 13th of March they informed me that delivery is planned for the 17th of March.
I did not recieve any confirmation and called them on 20th. Motostorm told me that they expected to send evrything on 23rd. So, each day they moved my order to the next day and finaly it was sent only on the 28th of March.

So, as result:

1). Does not keep delivery time shown at web site. +14 days to promised time is not good result.
2). Bad communication from company. Each time I had to call myself and try to get information them.
3). Does not try to improve situation. I also, asked to deliver my order by faster method, they promised to try but no feedback has been given to me.

My opinion: I will not order anymore if I will have any time limitation.
