All are OK, except delivery take too long. I waited two weeks since my order was made to get it home. Client service response not quick, but not bad, 2 days waiting too. In France it would be much worst. So overall happy and rate three stars to motivate Motostrom to improve!

Awesome site and product , fit was perfect and price was best around. Shipping to Australia was quick and easy and the tracking provided was very accurate. If you haven't used motostorm, do yourself and your hard earned cash a favour and have a look.

Product was spot on but there was a delay when it was dispatched from MotoStorm. So it was a week late

Motostorm is amazing! I saved so much money buying from them. Shipping was fast. They ship all of the items together, which means they won't ship if one of the items is not in their inventory and they have to procure it from the manufacturer. Once they received the missing item from the manufacturer, they will ship all items together. Shipping was very quick considering it's international shipping. I received my package in less than 5 business days. I had to wait 5 days for them to get one of the jackets that they did not have in inventory but it was well worth it. Others have said that they take a long time if the item is not in their inventory but my first and only experience was not the case. I recommend them to anyone looking to save hundreds of dollars on motorcycle gear and accessories.
