The customer support was really good. They responded to my email promptly and since they also spoke English, I could communicate with them easily. Fantastic prices and service. Very quick delivery to USA. I purchased a Givi windshield and crash bars for my Vstrom 650. The price for both items including shipping was about what I would pay for just the windshield in the US. Previously I ordered Kappa luggage and mounting brackets for the same bike. I saved about $300

Item arrived as per the order and on time. The item was a GIVI crash bar for F700GS. It was well wrapped and boxed. All parts were there and only a few very small scratches in the paint most likely from before the packing process.
The items fitted ok but definitely requires a little experience in mechanicals. Overall excellent and the product looks functional and is very solid, I can definitely recommend Motostrom and Givi products,thanks guys.
