I probably won't find a better price in somewhere else if global currencies rates are not messing up. good product, particularly great pictures of this website. you should give commission to the photographer.

Good service, willing to respond, even though when it comes to shortage of inventory or extra long lead time, there's not much the agent can do.

But overall, I"ll keep on buying from this website. And so far I love 'em.

Black Friday 2016 was my first purchase experience with Motostorm. I have many times inquired about their products before, but never made a purchase till 2016. My first experience was definitely a good one.

I am based in the US, and on the super early morning of Black Friday, I decided to shop their site. Their front page had a Flash image showing Black Friday sale with just a text: "-1". So I assumed all their prices were Black Friday sale with the advert as a technical glitch. After I made my order, I went back to sleep.

On Friday evening, I decided to check the order status on their site. This was when I noticed the same Flash image now has a text string indicating the dates of the sale instead of just "-1". Apparently I shopped too early, because the prices now had a bigger discount.

I emailed Motostorm, and they were prompt with their response. Thankfully my order was still in Processing stage, so Andrea L in customer service was able to cancel my order so I can reorder with the Black Friday sale. That was very nice.

Being in the United States, I have a hefty shipping fee, which is to be expected. But after I placed my order, I realized I was missing two items, because every time I tried to place something in the cart, the website would time out. Of course I realized my mistake in not verifying after I checked out. Another email to Andrea L, and she happily added my missing items to my existing order, without charging a second set of shipping fee.

This is what I call service. Totally unexpected, and above and beyond most online retailers modus operandi.

My order took a little bit while to get to dispatched stage, but once shipped, it arrived in the United States fairly quickly. Packaging was good, and my items arrived undamaged.

All-in-all, I am happy with this experience, and they have now replaced FC-moto as my favorite online European motorcycle store.

Excellent service. Shipping was delayed 7 days at time of order according to the website, but was dispatched in 6. Shipping to Canada from Italy took 5 days. This was my third order from Motostorm, will continue to buy from them in the future!
