Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisified with our service. As indicated on our website we do not offer free return from the Usa. Regarding the item you have recieved from us, our website states exactly what the item is and the use that has to be made.

Federal charges are being filed because of the failure of “Truth in Advertising” on your part. Your website is confusing and misleading to the average person. On your website, the picture that you have displayed for the item, I purchased shows the top case. You have to look at the picture hard in order to see the mounting bracket. Truth in advertising would dictate that you show a picture of the mounting bracket without anything else. Other companies and other websites selll the case as a GIVI SR-19. Go to your computer, and use Microsoft Edge. Type in the search bar GIVI SR-19 and you will see multiple pictures of the case that I attempted to buy from you.

I already have the mounting bracket, what I was wanting to buy was the case. Why in the world would I need another mounting bracket for. Your website is very misleading and deceptive, and goes against the federal guidelines of truth in advertising. Federal charges will be filed, but you can avoid this by offering me a one time only free return shipping label.
