The Motostorm add said that the Black Friday prices were good until Monday. On Sunday afternoon when I checked back and it showed the Black Friday advertisement still showing on the webb page. Two of the items I was looking at went up in price. Motostorm did not live up to their comittement.

Being new to the world of motorcycling, I gave 3 different EU companies a trial to see how each performed in terms of speed, accuracy and level of service with the online ordering, shipment and delivery process of my riding gear.

All items were purchased on the same day with the same credit card via PayPal. My SIDI Vertigo Lei boots were the first to arrive to Australia from Italy through Motostorm with no need on my part for any follow-up. The process was smooth, automated and stress-free and took less than 2 weeks from start to finish (order placed Sun 27 Nov and received the goods today, Thu 08 Dec).

Unfortunately the same can't be said of the other 2 companies in Germany and Spain whom I have purchased my Alpinestars 2 piece leather suit and gloves respectively.
Motostorm make these other 2 companies look like lazy incompetent and dishonest idiots and I regret not ordering all my gear from Motostorm in the first place.

I am now considering cancelling the outstanding orders from Germany and Spain and forcing a charge-back through my credit card issuer so that I can purchase the rest of my gear through Motostorm.

Thank you very much Filippo Quadrelli. I look forward to doing more business with you in future. You have made this newbie biker chick very happy with her early Christmas present.

I was very happy to see Motostorm.it had this visor in stock, and for a good price. Despite shipping over-seas, it arrived quicker than the projected arrival date. It is exactly the visor described on the website and very cool. My wife looks like she rode straight out of a Tron movie on a light-cycle... remember Rinzler?

Accessories for the 300 air are getting scarce, as well as the helmet itself. I'm again a happy customer!

Ordered a Givi 46 top case and received to in less than 2 weeks to the US. Not the first time I purchased through them. Great site, fast shipping. If I was to criticize a bit I'd like to see more details/description on some of their products. This will not stop me from buying again and telling my friends about this site. Great job!
