Did get the packet delivered undamaged. Every thing went all right. The parcel tracking did work very well. I got the notifications as soon as the packet was delivered at home.

I bought this from Japan. It took a while for the item to arrive, but it arrived without any problems. I am very satisfied. I would like to order from you again if there is another opportunity.

When i ordered the estimated latest shipment date was on May 7th(over a week after my order). On the 6th of May i emailed to see if there was an update and was emailed promptly back confirming that the helmet would be shipped on the 7th. I was extremely impressed that the shipment occurred on the day. Using UPS is amazing and well worth it. I can track the package all the way.
The whole experience has been brilliant!
