Speedy delivery!

Simple website with great prices, good communication and shipping available to the United States

Order was shipped and delivered on time, about 2 weeks, which is expected, coming from Italy. Packing could have been better, as a metal corner was dinged and had to be repainted, due to poor padding and thin cardboard box.

This is the first time I've done business with Motostorm and I'm very pleased with the price, service and speed in which my order was delivered. I'll definitely be doing more business with them.

Very Good

The website is truly wonderful. The range of products available is outstanding. Customer service is very good, but not excellent. It took them a few days to answer my e-mails, which is understandable if it's a small business.

I must add that I ordered a product from Motostorm that was shipped to me with a defect. Once I opened the package, inspected the item, and concluded that it was very very lightly damaged, I immediately took photographs and e-mailed them to Motostorm. The damage was indeed very very light; however, the reason why I complained is because I paid good money for something that shouldn't be damaged and I didn't feel I was nitpicking. Motostorm the very next day e-mailed me back asking to see photographs of the packaging to see if it was damage occurred by shipping, which it wasn't, so they refunded back a generous portion of the item's value and everyone had a great rest of their day.

The only reason I'm not giving Motostorm a 5 star for the time being is because I feel the product should have been inspected before being packaged and shipped, but like I said, for a small business that I'm quite certain is very busy all day long, it is understandable.
