Ordered the V47nnt Givi case at a reasonable price - cheaper than local prices. Top case delivered with no key to open case attached. Contacted Motostorm and initially given the explanation it was a Givi problem. After a number of emails and photos sent Motostorm have stated they will send me a new lock block and keys with the advice it will very easy for me to drill out the existing lock block and replace it. Asked for instructions to try and prevent any further damage to lock by drilling the existing lock out - none forth coming. Hoping the lock block and keys do arrive prior to my intended trip and the drilling out of the existing lock is a simple process. I did provide Motostorm with the serial number exposed on the original lock on the Top Case in the hope they could send matching keys - state unable to do so - don't know why you would have a serial number if you could not match keys to same! Would be a lot easy than having to drill locks out.

Ok let me simply say that this was one of the best and hassle free experiences I have dealt with an online store! First, the price of most items in general are waaaaay less expensive than other online competitor stores like Revzilla, I instantly saved $140 on a jacket I bought from Motostorm compared to buying it from Revzilla, thats even with paying for shipping compared to free shipping from Revzilla! Shipping was very very fast!! Item arrived to USA in 6 days! Shipment tracking was on point! and above all...
