Veramente soddisfatto! Ho acquistato un casco Blauer che mi è stato consegnato anche prima del tempo stimato. Purtroppo mancava la chiavetta in dotazione per lo smontaggio della visiera. L' operatrice di Motostorm, oltre che gentilissima e professionale, si è prodigata per inviarmi la chiavetta che mi è stata inviata dopo qualche giorno. Consiglio Motostorm come uno dei migliori siti di vendita on-line di prodotti per il motociclismo

i will wote negative because: very bad communication, shipping is too late,i was waiting visor 1 month!!!!!! and nobody answered my email...

For all other items the lead time is indicated in grey. it varies from a brand to another . the visor you have purchased was indicated as shipping in 20 working days and we shipped within this indicated lead time. we are sorry for our slow response time, there was a delay due to exceptional reasons. As an information, the expected shipping date of the order can be checked any time in your account after logging in and accessing your order list in the menu. The other order you placed afterwards had a shorter lead time indicated and we shipped therefore in a quicker window.
