Notwithstanding the fact that my mother's parents were born in Italy and my mother was fluent in the language, I do not speak Italian. So, I cannot answer this questionnaire.. . Your service is really great. Everything arrived in good shape.. . I do have one issue. I purchased a Givi PLR-6401 that supposedly fit all Tiger 800s manufactured from 2015-16. It does not fit my 2016 Tiger 800 XRT. The Givi office in the USA confirmed that. Obviously, shipping it back to Italy is out of the question so I am stuck with it.. . Other than that, I would recommend you to my friends.. . Thanks.

Correttissimi ma al primo invio l'oggetto (casco) era di colore diverso rispetto a quello acquistato. Rapida ed efficiente la sostituzione con quello giusto. Possono migliorare ma sono bravi
