Servizio puntuale e ottimo supporto: avevo un possible problema nella gestione della consegna essendo assente da casa per alcuni giorni. Ho avuto una risposta sollecita e precisa e il servizio è stato impeccabile.. Lo consiglio !!!

Everything is great, except that I specifically requested for the package to be sent via Fedex o DHL (I´m paying over 55 USD for shipping and that covers Fedex or DHL cost, other sites charge 25 USD to ship to Mexico via DHL like motion.de) and it didn't matter, they sent the package via EMS anyway, EMS takes between 3 and 4 weeks to arrive and Fedex or DHL takes between 3 and 4 days and I needed the helmet last week. I still haven't got it yet and probably won't get it until a couple weeks from now, so it would be important to fulfill the clients requests.

What a wonderful experience!. I ordered one week ago via the website and the package arrived yesterday at my home in Michigan, USA and it is exactly what I hoped for. The price was significantly lower than my local dealers and Motostorm offered colors and sizes that I can't easily obtain in this area.. I would not hesitate to recommend Motostorm to others.. Let the customer know how their order is going once they order. Put on your website if an item is out of stock and must be ordered. Other than that delivery was quick and product was very good
