Prima di procedere all'acquisto del prodotto interessato, tramite mail ho chiesto se era disponibile. Fatto il pagamento, mi è stato spedito un prodotto molto simile a quello da me richiesto. Alla richiesta di spiegazione è stato risposto che non era disponibile quello da me richiesto ma solo quello simile Inviatomi. Non è servito a nulla chiedere se il prodotto in questione era dispone e sono molto deluso per questo, anche se poi mi è stato proposto di sotituirlo con un altro prodotto.

You are not prepared for international orders. There is lack of coordination. Your staff is generally not aware of the goods which may be ready for shipment, and they will say goods have not arrived. Then they say, sorry they are available. Last time, goods were available, though delayed, the staff refused to ship it by priority or first class, so that goods reach on time. They just do not admit delays at their end.
