The service was awful, because instead the 7-8 days delivery time, has been 21 day!!! During this time the pack would have arrived from China, from Asia, not from Italy!!. . Best regards,. ***

Very happy with the website, prices, selection, and customer service I have received. Even shopping from the US and paying shipping and customs fees your prices are still far below the US online stores.. . My previous order arrived quicker than orders I have received from US online retailers.. . Hopefully I have given you great feedback, the survey form is only in Italian, so I don't know what the questions were.

Nonostante un imprevisto per non disponibilità di prodotto a ordine già confermato, tutto è andato benissimo: sono stato contattato da una persona che si è dimostrata molto disponibile a risolvere il problema.
