I placed an order from Canada, it was shipped in a timely fashion, packaged properly and I saved money ordering from Motostorm than if I would have ordered from the distributor in Canada, even with the shipping costs and duties. I will keep Motostorm in mind for future orders and I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Super fast delivery! The item is perfect and I have a very happy son as we could not find the item for sale in the UK. We did have a small import fee to pay which was expected. However, I would not hesitate to use motostorm again and would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, an order is not confirmed at Motostorm, neither by email nor by displaying it in the customer account under “my orders”. It is therefore not clear when or whether the items will be available at all.
Even if items are displayed with "deliverable within 24 hours" nothing happens for the next few days. It's a shame because I'm otherwise happy with the service.
