Hello the only reason I did not gave 5 star was because sent a question about the sliders of the jacket being different than the picture in your website and your answer was they were the same but they were not the same as I suspected after a lot of research. I was lucky that the one I received was the one I wanted and not the one on the picture. that could be a big inconvenience for someone that do not research and trust your description. Otherwise excellent experience and Will recommend. Thanks

Maybe by providing better real time order status. When I placed my order, I knew it would not ship right away, as it said ships in 4/7. The only information I had was that it was processing. I contacted customer support about 8 business day later to check on the status, after which my order was apparently ready and available for shipping. Would it have been unless I called? I don't know. That being said, I could not be more please with the pricing and shipping costs as well as the entire order process. I think people are always hesitant to place international orders, but I feel your company was very professional!

Great store with excellent selection and prices.. . The size guides are accurate, reliable and easy to use.. . Packaging and handling was very good, there were no damages to the products I purchased and the boxes themselves. . . Delivery was fast.. . Overall I had great experience purchasing from Motostorm.

Don't have a clue what the Italian is specifically asking re. my exerience, so I'm placing my comments here.. . Ordering and buying experience: excellent in all respects, no issues.. . One comment..I ordered GIVI Outback Trekker Saddlebags, and it took a month from order to shipping. I fully understand that these are high demand items, but wish the expected delay would be stated up front with the order. I love the bags, and I would have waited for them, regardless, but having an understanding of the wait involved would have been a useful courtesy. . . Shipping: Two days from shipping the order to delivery.. . Recommended: Yes, just be aware that high demand items may not ship overnight.. . TAP
