Ho ordinato un completo giacca e pantalone, ma mi hanno inviato soltanto la giacca......al telefono mi dicono che il pnatalone non è disponibile in magazzino....ma nel sito non c'era scritto quando ho fatto l'ordinazione! Faccio presente che avevo orodinato tutto in vista di un imminente viaggio in moto e li prego di sollecitare l'ivio!Mi dicono che forse sarà disponibile la prossima settimana.....invece il giorno dopo la mia telefonata, mi comunicano che l'invio del pantalone è stato fatto!! Sto aspettando la consegna.....spero sarà precisa e puntuale come avvenuto finora!

Order processing took longer than I liked with little communication without me inquiring. I was told shipping the first of next week"" twice. Placed order on May 5th and shipped on the 21st. 16 days seems like a long time to fill an order. Product was received in short order once shipped and was in very good condition. I will do business with you again.""

Grazie mille! Muchisimas gracias!. . I placed an order for a pair of Gaerne Boots and Givi Outback Panniers. I was expecting the shipment to take 2 weeks to be sent as the boots said that why would ship within 7/8 days. Not only did motostorm ship them faster than that, but they took not even 3 days to make it to my home in Illinois, USA. What a great company, fast shipping and great customer support.. . I will most definitely buy from them again.. . -***..
