La marchandise n'était pas disponible au moment de la commande mais j'ai été tout de suite prévenu et la communication avec motostorm est très bonne. Depuis j'ai reçu ma commande une semaine avant la date prévue

On the whole everything is ok. The only thing that could be better is the support via email, because I'm still waiting for an answer (even if it's no longer necessary). Another improvement might be that you receive a notification if there is a delay in delivery and not just when you have to go to the website.

Motostorm.it has been great, fast shipping from Italy to the United states, a couple items were back ordered and they were great in communicating the delay and my options. Highly recommended for all your motorcycle needs.
