I am very happy with my purchase and Motostorms customer service, But I feel the time in which my order was processed, from payment to postage of my order was a little long. Otherwise :-)

great site and price for a pair of TCX casual boots. The great return policy is what really selaed the deal but luckily I didnt have to use it since the sizing was perfect for me. Only downside is it took 2 weeks to receive the item here in UK which is acceptable for the savings made if I bought elsewhere

The service was good and the delivery time was as expected seeing as it was coming from Italy and I live in the United States, however that quickly changed when I received the wrong size Dainese Jacket that I ordered and when I told them they said I had to pay for the return shipping which I do not think is fair. Otherwise I would have given my service experience 5 stars
